So far he’s been presenting more obstacles than he’s removed:
Self practice is so much harder after being spoiled with two weeks of daily shala practice.
My hamstring attachments scream everytime I bend forward.
Both knees protest in different ways, so I’m spending extra breaths in the standing poses trying like hell to strengthen the surrounding musculature.
But it sure is lovely to be home. Next week I begin self pranayama practice. Tips? Advice?
