The knee is beginning to feel better. No padmasana, of course… but I can bend it and put weight on it and jump up and down. I can practice, with lots of modifications of course.
Now my back hurts. Not from yesterday’s improv class chock full of shoulder and back openers. And not from trying viparita chakrasana cold after sitting on my bum for 2 hours yesterday in training. No… my back hurts because there is a large elephant perched upon my shoulder now, along with his mouse of a vehicle. Ouch.
