I’ve been asked to sub a “yoga gently” class this weekend for a friend. I wanted to say no… but I also wanted to help a friend in need!
I asked her about the class. “They do enjoy a challenge, they liked to be pushed, but then at the end they enjoy long, supported poses on the floor. Like pigeon pose with lots of props for support.” Gulp… Props??
So now I’ve got to learn how to teach “yoga gently” before Sunday. Ideas, anyone??
