Okay, so I’m not talking insider tips on a bull market or anything like that.
I need help making local vegetable stock. Here’s the part I’m missing: Celery. Local Celery. Don’t have any. Can’t find any. So, can one make vegetable stock without celery? I think I’ve got everything else: onions, turnips, carrots, parsnips, parsley, potatoes. But no celery. So do I make it without the celery? Is there something I could substitute? I think there needs to be an Eat Local online forum.
